Another photo taken at Philadelphia’s Eastern State Penitentiary. This was, as I understand it, one of the offices for those who worked at the prison, as opposed to those who were incarcerated there. What you see here is the effects of dozens of years of abandonment. Even though it might have been the dilapidation of the office that got me to look in, it was the patina of the scene that encouraged me to take the shot.
