Mark Penechar of Scouts taking the mic. Mark seems to always look best in black and white, he has a classic rock look to him that comes so naturally in B/W. I used a background strobe to backlight everyone in this photoshoot. This was an experiment for me, the first time I had tried something like that. With the white balance set to flourescent I captured a fantastic light color. It helped me battle the lighting of the venue.
